Speaking at a recent industry conference in Abuja, Ejimagwa emphasised the importance of holistic well-being and personal growth for network marketing practitioners, reminding them that self-love is paramount as business is just one aspect of their lives.
She said: “It’s important to foster love in the industry. We should resist every temptation to campaign against ourselves, but rather synergise among ourselves to impact lives through trading, not forgetting to prioritise self-care, mental wellness, and to nurture meaningful relationships that are fundamental to sustaining long-term success and fulfilment in the industry.”
She urged the government to support women and empower the youth through network marketing, saying this has helped millions of Nigerians.
“Our model has the potential to create numerous opportunities for individuals, especially for women and young people, allowing them to develop essential skills and generate incomes. What the government needs to do is to provide financial support in the form of low-interest loans or grants, specifically targeted towards women and youth entrepreneurs.
“Empowering women is a moral and economic imperative. When you empower women, it transforms lives and contributes substantial growth and development to the country.”
